Team Management
Invite team members, manage roles, and control access to your Ventorie organization.
Inviting team members
Go to Settings → Team. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and select their role. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your organization. If they don't already have a Ventorie account, they'll be prompted to create one during the invitation flow.
Roles
Ventorie has three roles:
• Owner — Full access including billing, integrations, and user management. Each organization has exactly one owner.
• Admin — Full access to all supply chain features. Can manage team members but not billing.
• Member — Can view and edit supply chain data (inventory, orders, POs) but cannot manage integrations or team members.
Organizations
An organization is the top-level container for your Ventorie data. All connectors, products, inventory, and orders belong to an organization. Team members belong to one or more organizations. If you manage multiple brands, you can create separate organizations and switch between them using the organization switcher in the top navigation.
