Appearance: Light & Dark Mode
Switch Ventorie between light, dark, and system-matched themes from the avatar menu.
Switching themes
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and use the Theme row: three buttons — Light, Dark, and System — apply instantly, and the menu stays open so you can compare. The row's icon always shows the mode you're in.
What System means
System follows your operating system's appearance setting. If your OS switches automatically (for example, dark after sunset), Ventorie follows along. System is the default for every new account.
Where the choice is stored
Your theme is remembered per browser, so your laptop and your phone can each keep their own preference. Signing out doesn't reset it.
A note on emails
Email content in the Inbox always renders on a light background, even in dark mode — emails are designed against white, and rendering them dark would break their formatting.
