Getting Started with Ventorie

Ventorie is a supply chain platform for eCommerce brands. It connects your sales channels (Shopify, Amazon), fulfillment (ShipBob, ShipHero), accounting (QuickBooks Online, Xero), and email (Gmail, Outlook) in one place — so you always know what you have, what you've sold, and what to order next. Beyond visibility, Ventorie executes: purchase orders, receiving, freight, invoices, and an AI Inbox that turns vendor emails into proposed actions you approve with one click.

An email address to sign up. Every new account starts a 30-day trial with every feature enabled — no credit card required.

1. Sign up at app.ventorie.com. 2. Complete onboarding — you'll create or join an organization. An organization is the top-level container for one business's data. 3. If a teammate invited you, sign up with the email address the invitation was sent to and you'll land in their organization automatically.

1. Open Integrations in the sidebar and click Add integration. 2. Choose a platform: Shopify (sales channel — orders & inventory), Amazon (FBA inventory & orders), ShipBob (3PL fulfillment centers), ShipHero (WMS warehouse inventory), ShipMonk (3PL fulfillment warehouses), or QuickBooks Online (vendor bills, payments, and COGS). 3. Follow the connect flow for that platform (see the dedicated article for each). Your first sync starts after connecting. Large stores import up to two years of order history — the sync panel shows live progress, syncs survive page reloads and restarts, and you get an email when the initial import completes.

The sidebar is organized into: • Dashboard — attention feed and key stats. • Inbox — the AI email inbox (proposals, follow-ups, filing). • Workflows — email-triggered automation chains. • Financials — Overview, Cash Flow, and Accounting (QuickBooks journal entries). • Procurement — Purchase Orders, Vendors, Vendor Invoices, Documents. • Sales — Sales Orders, AR Invoices, Customers. • Inventory — Inventory, Adjustments, Lots, Products, Locations, Transfers. • Planning — Replenishment, Forecasts, Lead Times. • Integrations and Settings.

The fastest path is the guided setup walkthrough — it opens automatically for new businesses and covers everything below in about 30 minutes (see "The setup walkthrough"). If you'd rather set up by hand: 1. Connect Shopify (or Amazon) so orders and products flow in. 2. Connect your 3PL so inventory is live per fulfillment center. 3. Review SKU matches on each connector card so channel SKUs link to one product catalog. 4. Set vendor lead times under Planning → Lead Times. 5. Open Replenishment → Action Items — Ventorie tells you what to order and when.
