Getting Started with Ventorie
Set up your account, connect your first integration, and get your supply chain data flowing in minutes.
What is Ventorie?
Ventorie is a supply chain platform built for eCommerce brands. It connects your sales channels (Shopify, Amazon), fulfillment centers (ShipBob), and purchasing workflows in a single place — so you always know what you have, what you've sold, and what you need to order next.
Creating your account
Sign up at supplirio.com and complete the onboarding flow. You'll be asked to create or join an organization. Organizations are the top-level container for your business data — if you run multiple brands, each can have its own organization or share one depending on how your team is structured.
Connecting your first integration
Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar. Click '+ Add integration' and choose your platform:
• Shopify — Enter your store's .myshopify.com domain. You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize access. Once approved, Ventorie will sync products and orders automatically.
• ShipBob — Paste your Personal Access Token from ShipBob's developer settings. Ventorie will verify the token and begin syncing your fulfillment centers.
• Amazon — Connect via Selling Partner API. You'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to authorize access.
Your first sync runs automatically after connecting. Depending on catalog size, it may take a few minutes.
Navigating the dashboard
The sidebar organizes Ventorie into four areas:
• Procurement — Manage vendors, create and track purchase orders, and process supplier invoices.
• Sales — View sales orders synced from your channels and configure fulfillment routing rules.
• Inventory — Track real-time stock levels across all locations, manage products and SKUs, and handle inventory transfers.
• Planning — Use demand forecasts and replenishment suggestions to know exactly when and how much to reorder.
Your first sync
After connecting an integration, click 'Sync Now' on the connector card. A slide-in panel shows live sync progress — products, orders, and inventory are pulled step by step. Syncs run in the background, so you can close the panel and come back; progress is preserved.
