The Automation Control Center
Everything Ventorie has learned or does on its own — auto-approve rules, teachings, chat memory, learned vendor names, and timing.
Where it lives
Settings → Automation is the single page to review, edit, or remove anything Ventorie does autonomously. Emails awaiting replies show on the Inbox; email-triggered Workflows and Order Rules have their own pages.
Timing & calendar
The business-day engine behind every waiting period: country (for public holidays), extra company holidays, "Alert on undeposited QBO payments after", "Follow-up emails every", and "Escalate to you after". All windows count business days only.
Auto-approve rules
Every standing "always auto-approve X from Y" rule, with freight guardrails (cost cap, next-day pickup) shown on the chip. Remove one to return that sender to manual review. Rules are created from the one-click button after you approve an email.
Email handling instructions
Standing directions the email AI follows, global or scoped to a sender domain. Add one directly here, or teach from any email via "Teach the AI" — new teachings are checked against existing ones for contradictions before saving.
Chat memory
Durable facts the AI chat was asked to remember ("remember that we close the warehouse in July") — honored in every conversation. Forget any fact with the ×. The AI chat itself floats on every page: ask about live inventory, POs, or lead times and it queries your actual data.
Learned vendor product names
What each vendor calls your products, learned from your proposal-line assignments and used to pre-match future emails. Stored on each product's custom attributes (vendor_product_names) — edit or remove them there.
