Getting Started

Connecting Amazon

Connect Amazon Seller Central via the Selling Partner API to sync FBA inventory, inbound shipments, and orders.

What you'll need

An Amazon Seller Central account and a Selling Partner API refresh token, generated in Seller Central → Apps & Services → Develop Apps. Your Seller ID (Merchant Token) is under Seller Central → Account Info → Merchant Token.

Connecting

1. Go to Integrations → Add integration → Amazon. 2. Paste your Refresh Token. 3. Pick your Marketplace — United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, or France. 4. (Optional) Enter your Seller ID. 5. Click Connect Amazon. You can add a second Amazon connection to link another seller account — Ventorie warns you if one already exists.

What syncs

• Catalog — your Amazon listings, matched to products by SKU (review matches on the connector card like any other channel). • FBA inventory — fulfillable quantities per fulfillment center, refreshed on the connector's schedule and by a background sync. • Orders — report-based import that bootstraps up to 730 days of history, then stays incremental. Sales velocity feeds planning. • FBA inbound shipments — inbound shipments you create in Seller Central automatically appear as Transfer Orders (your warehouse → FBA) twice daily, with transport charges captured, so planning never double-counts stock in motion.

How FBA fits into planning

FBA is a transfer-only location: Ventorie recommends transfers into FBA (not vendor POs against it) and pools FBA with its feeder fulfillment centers when judging whether the network as a whole is short. The FBA max coverage setting on the Planning tab caps how many days of stock transfers will push to FBA.
