Plans
Ventorie offers plans scaled to the size of your operation. All plans include core inventory tracking, purchase orders, and Shopify integration. Higher tiers unlock additional connectors, scheduled syncs, advanced forecasting, and priority support. Contact us at hello@supplirio.com for current pricing.
Managing your subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, usage, and upcoming renewal date. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from this page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Invoices
Past invoices are listed in Settings → Billing. Each invoice shows the billing period, amount, and a download link for the PDF. Invoices are also sent to the billing email on file after each successful charge.
Usage and limits
Each plan has limits on the number of connected integrations, synced products, and team members. Current usage is shown in the Billing settings. If you're approaching a limit, Ventorie will notify you in-app so you can upgrade before being affected.
