Billing & Plans

Every new account gets 30 days with every capability enabled — the full Autopilot tier, no credit card. Pick a plan any time: remaining trial days carry into your first paid subscription. Upgrading a tier later always comes with 14 days to try the higher tier.

Settings → Billing shows the plan cards: • Planning — $199/mo: plug-and-play replenishment. Channels, inventory everywhere, forecasts, lead times, reorder suggestions with draft POs. Lot tracking included. • Operations — $499/mo: Planning plus the execution layer — POs through shipments, receiving and lots, AP/AR, QuickBooks sync, documents, team roles, multi-currency, and the AI Inbox with human approval of every proposal. • Autopilot — $899/mo: Ventorie runs it and tells you — auto-approved emails, payment and freight follow-ups with escalation, deposit and bank-match monitoring, AI chat with memory. Includes ~1,000 AI-processed documents/month. • Enterprise — custom (multi-entity, SLAs, dedicated support): Contact sales. Toggle Monthly / "Annual · 2 months free" — annual billing works out to two months free on every tier. No per-order fees; lot tracking is included on every tier.

• Additional businesses — each business subscribes on its own plan (they can be different tiers), and every additional business gets 20% off its plan price, applied automatically at checkout. • Additional AI documents — $50 per 500 documents above Autopilot's monthly 1,000. Autopilot only; it appears on the Billing page when you're on Autopilot, and Update add-ons applies the change to your subscription with prorations.

1. Click Select plan on a card to go through Stripe checkout. 2. Once subscribed, use Manage billing & invoices to open the Stripe customer portal — payment methods, invoices, and plan changes live there. 3. The Current plan card shows your status, renewal date, an orders-this-month usage bar, and active add-on badges.
